Housing Assistant

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Housing Assistant to join our team.

1x permanent position, available with a competitive pay and benefits package including a starting salary of £27,332 per annum, rising to £29,805 per annum after key competencies of the role are met.

Reporting to the Housing Team Leader, this role supports the effective management of the housing waiting list to maximize income for the organisation in relation to the shared lettings policy.

Liaising with internal teams, housing applicants and partner agencies, this role is responsible for providing an effective and efficient service.

To be successful in the role of Housing Assistant our new team member will be educated to Level 2/HNC in a relevant subject or equivalent experience.
