As we continue to grow, Tai Tarian is looking for a self-motivated Health & Safety (H&S) Business Partner to provide Health & Safety advice, guidance, and support to the organisation to ensure compliance with relevant H&S legislation and Tai Tarian procedures. This role is permanent with a starting salary of £33,215 a year, rising to £36,812 after key competencies of the role are met.
Criteria for Role: To be successful in the role of Health & Safety Business Partner you will hold a NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety (Level 3) and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in managing aspects of health & safety.
About the role: Reporting to the Health & Safety Manager, this role will support in maintaining and continuously developing the operational health and safety framework through monitoring and recording accurate data for all health and safety practices. The health and safety business will be a key role in embedding health and safety within the heart of the organisation by building great relationships and promoting a positive safety culture.
