An exciting new role has become available to support the delivery of a Welsh Government funded project around digital inclusion for Tai Tarian residents.

The role is Fixed term for 9 months with a starting salary of £33,879 per annum,rising to £37,548 per annumafter key competencies of the role are met.

Purpose of the role:

Reporting to the Transformation Lead, the Digital Support Officer(DSO) will play a key role in delivering a Welsh Government-funded pilot project to assess and support digital inclusion among Tai Tarian residents in line with the Minimum Digital Living Standard (MDLS).

This role will be working directly with Tai Tarian households out in the community, meeting families and building relationships to understand their digital needs, developing their digital skills and empowering residents to confidently and safely engage with the digital world.

This role will contribute vital data and practical understandings to inform future digital inclusion strategies for the organisation and wider Welsh policy.
