Tai Tarianis growing and we are looking for aself-motivated, resilientHousing Team Leaderto join us.You'll be joining our Community Housing Team at a pivotal moment as this is without doubt, a challengingtime for the housing sector.
Reporting to the Housing Operations Manager, this role will lead and manage the delivery of high-quality housing operational team of Housing Officers and Assistants to ensure service demands are met timely, effectively, and efficiently with the best possible customer experience.
This role will provide technical expertise in Anti-Social Behaviour and Housing Management, internally to colleagues and employees as well as engaging with external stakeholders. Collaborating with service partners building partnerships with other organisations and agencies, contributing to achieving our key housing objective of great Service Delivery Standards by meeting the set measures of success
