As we continue to grow, Tai Tarian is looking for a self‑motivated, enthusiastic electrician to carry out work locally in our properties and related assets.
Remuneration
- Permanent contract with an annual salary of £30,997, rising to £35,234 once key competencies within the role are met.
- Hourly rate: Starting at £16.99 per hour, rising to £19.31 per hour once key competencies are achieved.
Working Hours
- 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- Conduct electrical maintenance in homes to ensure properties and communities are maintained to the highest possible standard.
- Provide planning and office support to enable productive working days.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Recognised Level 3 NVQ electrical qualification (certified 18th edition)
- Inspection & testing qualification with experience
- Valid CSCS/ECS card
- Valid driving licence
