Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm, rotation-based.

Job Overview

Reporting to the Customer Experience Team Leader, this role involves responding to and providing assistance to customers with general queries and repair requests over the phone and email inbox. The Customer Service Advisor will be the first point of contact for customers and those wishing to engage with us as a business. The role will build internal and external partnerships, including contractors, to provide a positive experience of Tai Tarian with a people-centric approach.
