Corporate Governance Assistant (Internal Applicants Only)
We are currently recruiting for a permanent, full-time position with a competitive pay and benefits package including a salary of Β£30,997 per year.
Reporting to the Corporate Governance and Compliance Manager, this role is responsible for contributing to the effective operation of the governance service, providing an administrative function to the Board, Committees and Tai Tarian's subsidiary organisation, Tirnod.
As the Corporate Governance Assistant, you will develop positive and effective relationships with Non- Executive Directors, the Executive, and colleagues through collaborative working, acting as a point of contact and establishing yourself as a confident, trusted and respected member of the team.
You will plan, schedule and support the Board and Committee meetings cycle, including the preparation of meeting packs and minutes to the highest quality as well as considering governance issues fully, ensuring service and regulatory standards are met.
