Cadarn Housing Group is seeking an Estate Officer to join the Compliance Team in Tongwynlais, Cardiff, with regular travel around the Vale and Valleys/Cardiff areas. You will perform weekly and monthly property compliance checks for fire safety, asbestos and legionella, reporting faults and supporting contractors.
Ideal candidates have facilities/building trade experience or housing environment exposure. Training for IOSH/NEBOSH will be provided; you should be IT literate with Word and Excel,
