You will work nights on a rolling rota to support nine residents with complex needs, including housing-related support and health and safety duties. You will engage residents, assist in developing life skills, liaise with external agencies, and ensure accurate records.
A full driving licence is desirable. This challenging role requires empathy, resilience and teamwork.
