The Role
- You will work with Clients and Project Manager and Consultants on the procurement of works for construction projects.
- You will prepare post-tender cost analysis.
- You will prepare and compile tender documents.
- You will conduct tender briefing / site show round.
- You will call and close tenders / quotations.
- You will evaluate tenders and quotations and prepare tender/quotation reports
- You will prepare draft Letter of Award.
- You will compile Contract Agreement for Client’s execution.
- Any other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned from your supervisor from time to time.
What Do You Need to Have?
- Candidates MUST be a Degree holder in Engineering or Construction or Quantity Survey or it’s equivalent.
- He/she MUST possess at least 5 years of working experience in projects adopting Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract (PSSCOC), SIA Building Contracts.
- Candidates MUST have prior working experience to call for tenders and close tenders/quotations especially local public sector projects.
- Well versed in Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Word, Power Point). Effective communicator
- Meticulous, proactive and a team player and have a keen sense of timeliness in completing tasks
- Strong in verbal and written communication skills.
