The Role: Project management and coordination of Company’s products and solutions in compliance with customer specifications and deliverables resulting in direct revenue for the company and sustainable customer satisfaction. Coordinate major/complex projects from order to delivery at customer site. Monitor the scheduling, process and delivery time of the production process. Manage an on time and accurate variation order in coordination with the responsible Account/Sales Manager and Field Application Engineer and the MDSC team for final approval. Manage completion of the project deliverables, including placing order for all materials, delivery of commissioning and installation services, progressing of PO, completion of documents, shipping requirements and invoicing. Continues inform customer about the status of production, make sure that changes in time schedules (delivery times) or prices are communicated and adjusted on time when necessary.
What Do You Need to Have?
- Bachelor of Electrical Degree in Engineering or Commerce.
- Minimum 3 years of project management in engineering domain experience.
- Prince II certification (preferred) will be an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of commercial/contract law.
- Good understanding of a project P&L and cash flow.
- Good knowledge of electrical engineering processes.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizing and planning skills.
- Real team player, ability to create enthusiasm, team spirit and to motivation among colleagues and to create long term relations.
- Able to work under high pressure and meeting tied deadlines.
