Key Responsibilities:
- Produce accurate and detailed Revit drawings for commercial kitchen installations
- Assist in the coordination and layout of building services, including ventilation, gas, electrical, water, and waste systems
- Attend site meetings under supervision and independently, carrying out site surveys
- Update and maintain technical documentation throughout project stages
- Work closely with the Technical Design Manager and wider Design Team to ensure drawings meet client specifications and compliance standards
- Apply technical standards and regulations to all drawings
- Support quality control processes across all project outputs

Preferred background:
- Practical experience with Revit in a commercial/business environment is essential
- Qualification or studies in Building Services, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Design Engineering or related discipline
- Experience in technical drawing or draughting (this can be academic or placement-based)
- Interest in further developing skills in Revit and BIM workflows
