Due to expansion and continued growth, we’re now looking for a Project Estimator & Coordinator to join and strengthen our experienced office support team! Experience in the hospitality, interior fit‑out or construction sectors would be an advantage, but it’s not essential – what matters most is your enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment to delivering exceptional results for our clients!
As a company, we provide full turnkey solutions for our clients, so this is a varied and fast‑paced position where no two days are the same. You’ll be supporting multiple projects simultaneously, ranging in value from £20k to £1.5m. Depending on project scale, you may assist with several smaller projects or focus on one large, long‑term project.
This hybrid role combines estimating responsibilities, producing accurate quotations and tender proposal responses, with project coordination, ensuring smooth delivery from pre‑contract through to completion. You’ll get the chance to see a project through from the early stages to completion, playing a crucial role in the projects’ success and client satisfaction!
Key responsibilities- Prepare detailed quotations based on schedules of materials, TAG’s own drawings, and tender documents.
- Complete tender proposals and support new business enquiries and variations.
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and manage lead times.
- Raise and manage purchase orders aligned with project delivery programmes.
- Manage and report on equipment lead times and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Assist with documentation, scheduling, and general administrative support for the project team.

Qualifications- Experience in estimating within construction, interior fit‑out, or hospitality sectors (preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Experience in a similar project coordination‑based role.
- Good IT aptitude for learning new systems, such as CRMs and ERPs.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- A keen eye for detail and a structured approach to multitasking.
- A good technical understanding of products and construction project delivery (preferred).
