The Company:

An excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Wholesale Designer, to join an innovative and growing wholesale business, which supports a diverse portfolio of retail divisions. This is an ideal position for a recent fashion graduate or Junior with 1 year experience looking to take the next step in their design career within a fast-paced and commercially driven environment.

You will support both the seasonal in-house collections and customer-led orders, which include collaborations with well-known high street brands, leading online retailers, and major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon.

This role offers a unique opportunity to be involved in the full lifecycle of the design process—from initial trend research and concept development through to final garment design and production handover. You’ll gain valuable exposure to commercial fashion practices, working directly with buyers, garment technologists, and suppliers to bring trend-led and commercially viable collections to market.

The Role:

  • Support the Buyer in creating fresh, on-trend collections by developing new styles and refining bestsellers, using competitor research, trend insights, and sample analysis.
  • Apply a basic but solid understanding of print design, working closely with buying/sales teams to ensure commercial, fashion-forward outcomes.
  • Design for both our in-house labels and major customer accounts, adapting to diverse briefs while staying mindful of cost and margin targets.
  • Stay ahead of the competition with strong awareness of trending colours, shapes, and prints, using this knowledge to create ranges that sell.
  • Produce clear, detailed CADs and accurate tech packs to support seamless communication with suppliers and factories.
  • Work with the Garment Tech team to understand size specs and ensure print placement and garment proportions are spot-on.
  • Communicate with factories on print scale, Lap Dip approvals, placements, and solve any design-
  • Create packaging specs for both our brands and customer labels, delivered accurately and on time.
  • Handle multiple briefs and tight deadlines with ease, quickly jumping between projects as priorities shift.
  • Bring a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a hunger to learn and grow within the role.
  • Balance fast-turnaround designs with forward-planning for seasonal collections.
  • Working together with Buyers, QA, Merch, Sales and Marketing.
