The Company
Our client is looking for a proactive and organised Part time Sales Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of our sales function and deliver great customer service. This role will focus on concession management and stock allocation to stores, processing orders and sales invoices for key accounts, and providing administrative support for our clearance partners. Please note this is a part time role of 24 hours and can be 3 days at 8 hours or 5 days over school hours.
The Role
- Support the smooth daily workflow of the sales team through accurate order processing and administrative tasks.
- Support with concession stock allocations to ensure stores are replenished effectively and sales opportunities are maximised.
- Raise and process sales invoices for key accounts and assist with resolving any related invoice queries.
- Liaise with the accounts team to help resolve payment queries or discrepancies.
- Maintain up-to-date records of store stock levels, allocations, and sales performance.
- Support with order entry, confirmation, and communication for key account customers.
- Provide administrative support for clearance partners, including raising sales invoices and chasing payment.
- Assist with platform administration, including processing and dispatching orders through online channels such as Not On The High Street and Etsy, ensuring product listings and stock levels remain accurate.
- Assist with preparing reports and data to support the Sales Manager.
- Deliver excellent customer service through timely and accurate communication with retail partners and internal teams.
- Support the team with preparation for and follow-up from tradeshows as required.
Skills
- Experience of working in a sales/office environment is desirable.
- Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience of a sales order processing system (desirable, but full training can be given).
- Confident and friendly approach to dealing with customers over the telephone and face to face.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work proactively.
- Team player.
- Positive can-do approach.
- Must live within an easily commutable distance of Oakham.
