We are a well‑established fashion and sportswear branded supplier to the UK high street, seeking a UK Senior Sales/Account Manager to drive our growth and sales strategy while managing key UK and retail accounts.

Role

  • Manage a portfolio of key UK accounts, driving profitable growth across the territory.
  • Plan and deliver seasonal sales strategies, present new collections to buyers, secure new stockists, and provide exceptional service to existing clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring timely deliveries and accurate orders while analysing sell‑through and market trends.
  • Build new and maintain existing long‑term relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Work closely with the senior management team to drive key account sales initiatives across all channels.
  • Proactively identify and win new customers, opening and onboarding new accounts each season.
  • Plan and own budgets for each season, delivering against agreed sales and margin targets.
  • Translate market knowledge, trends and data into clear actions and opportunities across key accounts.

Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge and insight into the UK fashion market and key competitors in the sector.
  • Product knowledge across men’s and women’s fashion collections within high street retail.
  • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Highly motivated and creative, with excellent commercial awareness and a results‑driven mindset.
  • Confident user of relevant software (Excel, PowerPoint, CRM and order management systems).
  • Proven track record of winning new business and nurturing existing accounts for long‑term growth.
  • Numerate and comfortable interpreting and analysing sales and market data to inform decisions.
