We’re looking for a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Senior Merchandiser to lead our retail merchandising team and drive the development and execution of our product assortment across all marketplace channels. As Senior Merchandiser you will be responsible for overseeing product selection, pricing strategies, inventory management, and ensuring a seamless integration between buying, planning, and marketing teams. The role:
- Manage relationships with key marketplace contacts.
- Manage product onboarding, including content, imagery, attributes, and categorisation.
- Analyse sales trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to inform product selection and pricing.
- Oversee end-to-end strategy for all categories across marketplaces, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market trends.
- Plan product mix by market and store type.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive category profitability, using data-driven insights to inform decisions.
- Define and execute trade strategies across key accounts to optimise revenue and margin performance.
- Analyse trading patterns and ensure appropriate actions.
