The Company: An established online ladies fashion brand is seeking a Merchandise Admin Assistant to join their merchandising team. With ongoing expansion of the business, this is an exciting opportunity for you to be part of our busy Merchandising team. You will be working alongside a team of merchandisers in a fast-paced environment, managing the production and orders.
The Role:
- Working closely with our Merchandisers and Supply Chain team to provide support with data entry and general administrative duties
- Daily communication with our factories in the far east
- Create Items and raise purchase orders using Business Central ERP
- Maintain critical paths to ensure orders are on time, escalating delivery issues to relevant Merchandiser and Senior Merchandiser
- Ensuring general housekeeping is completed to maintain accuracy of the order system
- Supporting outer teams in relevant tasks or ad hoc duties
Skills Required:
- Either graduated, due to graduate or at least 1 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong communicator, both verbal and written
- Excellent administrative and organisation skills
- Able to prioritise tasks and effectively manage your own time
- Have knowledge of Microsoft packages
