We are seeking a Senior Product Development Manager to join our rapidly expanding, internationally recognised business in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. You are a strategic and commercially focused product development professional with a proven ability to deliver successful product launches in FMCG or related industries. Extensive experience in product development within FMCG, beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or adjacent sectors. Demonstrated ability to manage complex development timelines across multiple product categories. Excellent commercial awareness, with a track record of building product ranges that balance innovation, cost, and market relevance. Outstanding project management and organisational skills, capable of overseeing multiple development pipelines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and familiarity with NPD tracking tools or PLM systems. You will lead the development of innovative product ranges that align with our brand and private label strategies. Driving new product concepts and innovation pipelines in line with brand and retailer objectives. Conducting market, competitor, and category analysis to identify opportunities and support strategic planning. Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Creative, and Technical to develop commercially viable product propositions. Overseeing project timelines to ensure timely, on-budget, and high-quality product delivery. Working closely with international manufacturing partners to ensure development accuracy and timely execution. Managing the briefing and review process for creative deliverables such as packaging, artwork, and samples. Overseeing product costings and margin analysis. Partnering with technical experts to ensure product compliance with client and regulatory requirements. Representing the product development function in key meetings and cross-functional collaborations.
