Providing essential admin, sales, and operational support to the Director and wider business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with sales ledger tasks, order processing, logistics coordination, and general administrative and PA duties to help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and PA support to the Director.
- Assist with sales ledger administration and basic accounts-related tasks.
- Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain organised records, files, and internal documentation.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence professionally.
- Support sales administration tasks as required.
- Carry out ad hoc administrative duties to support the business.
Skills Required
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong English language skills.
