Our client is a well-established success story, renowned for delivering high-quality garments across Healthcare, Corporate wear, Workwear, and Sportswear sectors. Due to continued growth, they are looking to strengthen their Customer Services team with a driven and customer-focused professional. This is a varied role combining customer service excellence with key account management. You will develop a strong understanding of the business and its supply chain, while building and maintaining effective relationships with both internal teams and clients at all levels.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service
- Manage and nurture relationships with key Healthcare and University clients
- Engage with prospective colleges to secure partnerships for upcoming academic years
- Oversee account renewals and provide ongoing aftercare for college clients
- Coordinate and support customer deliveries both nationally and internationally
- Place, monitor, and track customer orders
- Manage delivery schedules and resolve any issues efficiently
- Prepare and issue quotations and estimates
- Act as a key point of contact for customer queries, providing effective solutions
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar office-based role
- High level of IT literacy, including Excel; ERP system experience is desirable
- Highly organised with strong logical thinking skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A collaborative team player
- Good standard of education
