We are currently looking for 2 Import Merchandisers with experience in the Fashion Industry who love working with customers, with the ability to build strong relationships working with Buyers from major Retailers. The company is very successful with a multi-million pound turnover.

Ideally, you will have some experience and be looking to build your career.

Main Duties include:

  • Supporting a major retail customer with day-to-day Product Merchandising
  • Ensuring that products meet delivery dates
  • Raising orders and notifying factories as required
  • Communicating with the buying team and understanding key sample deadlines and selection/sign off dates
  • Working with buyers and the design team to receive design packs
  • Ensuring availability of all required samples for buyer’s selection meetings on time
  • Requesting buyers’ feedback
  • Ensuring a timely review of account performance
  • Managing the critical path and ensuring the customer is updated
  • Working with 3rd Party warehouse to ensure the goods are booked and delivered as per agreed dates
  • Completing weekly dispatch reports
  • Arranging and leading customer meetings
