Influencer Marketing and Collaborations Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Influencer Marketing and Collaborations Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in managing our influencer relationships, executing social media campaigns, and enhancing the brand presence across various platforms.

The role:

• Monitor social media direct messages for collaboration requests, ensuring they align with brand values
• Handle daily influencer requests, inputting orders correctly and creating blogger gifting cards and samples
• Update and maintain the influencer database with current information on new and existing influencers
• Track and record influencer coverage, ensuring all stats are up-to-date
• Identify and reach out to potential new influencers across various social media platforms
• Assist in planning and executing influencer campaigns for product launches and key dates
• Manage influencer package shipments and handle delivery inquiries
• Collaborate with the marketing team on PR activities and influencer events
• Generate weekly reports on influencer campaign performance

Requirements:

• 1-2 year experience within a fashion brand
• Excellent communication and written skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Creative eye for fashion and styling
• In-depth understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in using influencer marketing tools and analytics platforms
