As an E-commerce Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the e-commerce website to ensure product information is accurate and updated promptly, supporting new product launches and campaigns, and improving site performance and user experience. Your efforts will focus on driving online sales growth through data-informed site improvements, management of inventory and pricing, and collaboration with marketing to create a seamless customer journey. You will also contribute to budget management and conduct competitive analyses to enhance platform efficiency and market positioning.

The role:

  • Manage website content including product listings, homepage banners, and collections via our Shopify platform.
  • Support the successful rollout of product launches, promotional campaigns, and marketing initiatives with timely and precise execution.
  • Monitor and enhance site performance, user experience (UX), and conversion rates through data-driven recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels, product availability, and pricing on the website.
  • Assist in compiling regular performance reports covering sales, traffic, and conversion metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to ensure alignment of email, social, paid campaigns, and onsite UX optimization.
  • Conduct competitor research and industry trend analysis to pinpoint growth opportunities.
  • Support ongoing optimization efforts through conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives and A/B testing.
  • Aid in e-commerce budget forecasting, tracking, and reporting to maximize cost-effective performance.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in e-commerce, preferably within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Proficiency with e-commerce platforms, preferably Shopify.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and key e-commerce performance indicators.
  • Comfortable analysing and interpreting data metrics.
  • Basic knowledge of budgeting and financial tracking in an e-commerce context.
