Are you in a customer service retail role working shifts and wanting to move over to a customer service role 9-4 Monday to Friday. We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a growing team based in Solihull. This is an active role and an exciting opportunity for a motivated person to develop their career, with a quality focused company in a key position within the business.
The Role:
- Provide outstanding support to customers via phone and email.
- Understanding customer’s needs and requirements and trying to exceed these wherever possible.
- Providing a courteous, efficient and reliable service to all customers, both via messaging channels and phone.
- Handling pre and post sales customer queries.
- Liaising with courier companies.
- Effectively manage complaints and escalations from start to finish.
- Processing orders via Sage.
- Processing returns/credits via Sage.
- Working with our Sales Team to ensure our customers are satisfied.
Skills Required:
- Experience of Microsoft office.
- Friendly and dynamic individual, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A passion for customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- The ability to problem solve and follow processes accurately.
- Experience working within a fast-paced working environment and keen to be part of and assist the team.
