The Compliance Co-ordinator will support in maintaining product and packaging compliance across relevant markets, with a particular focus on
- PPWR ,
- EUDR/EUDRIS , and
Digital Product Passport (DPP) requirements.
The role will coordinate compliance data, documentation, reporting, and internal stakeholder communication to ensure regulatory readiness and ongoing adherence.
PPWR applies from 12 August 2026 and requires businesses placing packaging on the EU market to meet obligations around recyclability, labelling, reuse, recycled content, and EPR data/reporting. business. gov
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate compliance processes relating to
PPWR, EUDR/EUDRIS, and DPP .
- Collect, maintain, and verify compliance documentation, declarations, and supporting records.
- Track regulatory obligations and ensure internal teams are informed of deadlines and requirements.
- Liaise with suppliers, internal teams, and external partners to obtain compliance data.
- Support packaging and product compliance checks, including evidence gathering for market access requirements.
- Maintain accurate records, trackers, and audit-ready files.
- Assist with reporting, submission preparation, and responses to compliance queries.
- Monitor regulatory developments and escalate risks, gaps, or non-compliance concerns.
- Support internal training and awareness on compliance requirements.
- Work closely with commercial, sourcing, product, and operations teams to embed compliance into day-to-day processes.
- Must-have experience
- Strong working knowledge of
PPWR and EU packaging compliance obligations.
