Business and Customer Service Administrator in Trafford Park

Our client is a well-established and highly successful business, renowned for delivering high-quality garments across the Healthcare, Corporate Wear, Workwear, and Sportswear sectors are looking for a Customer Business Administrator to join a growing team. Alongside its garment division, the company also operates an integrated advertising and marketing agency and a fast-growing fitness racing business. This creates exciting opportunities for bright and driven individuals looking to develop their careers within a growing business. You will need to be a quick learner, capable of developing a strong understanding of the business, its products, customers and supply chain. You will be responsible for managing and developing established customer accounts, while also identifying and pursuing new business relationships and opportunities. Manage account renewals and ongoing customer aftercare IT literate, with a good working knowledge of Excel; Previous experience in customer service, account management or a similar commercial role would be beneficial, but attitude, aptitude and potential are equally important to us.
