My client is a fashion brand house looking for a Junior Ecommerce Executive to join a team at a key period of growth. This person will assist the Ecommerce Team in driving multi-brand growth that will continue to push the business forward.

The role is to assist the eCommerce team and be a constant source of energy within the department. There are no silly questions or ideas here – no job is too much work or too daunting. You will be working collaboratively with the Head of Trade and the current ecommerce executives to implement a digital retail strategy that focuses on delivering long term growth while assisting with the day-to-day running of our brands.
Some KPIs that you will become aware of in future progression include maintaining an acceptable conversion rate, a seasonally appropriate average basket value and “best in class” user experience tailored to the creative direction of each brand individually. This role requires a “live wire” and an eager to learn personality type. It’s a fast-paced role in an exciting brand house, and we require motivated problem solvers to ensure we maintain our aggressive growth forecasts.
Key Responsibilities:- Help trade our ecommerce sites.
- Implement content updates, campaigns and promotional activity to support brand and sales goals.
- Maintain accuracy of product data, pricing, and availability across the site.
- Use data tools (GA4, Shopify Analytics etc) to make insight-led decisions.
- Share brand and category performance reports with internal and external stakeholders.
- Partner with CRM to drive app engagement, loyalty, and lifecycle value.
- Drive continuous improvement of the onsite journey — optimising product, navigation and storytelling.
- Ensure the ecommerce experience reflects our individual brand tone and individual customer expectations.
- Work closely to assist campaigns, promotions, and content across customer touchpoints.
- Brief and test onsite improvements; ensure smooth site functionality and performance.
Experience:
- One year experience in an ecommerce or trade related role is ideal, but not essential.
- Hands-on expertise with Shopify Plus ideal, but not essential.
- Experience working with CRM software e.g. Klaviyo, Hubspot, Salesforce etc is ideal, but not required.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Commercial mindset with experience delivering results across AOV, CVR, margin, bounce rate, and revenue.
