My client is a fashion brand house looking for a Junior Ecommerce Executive to join a team at a key period of growth. This person will assist the Ecommerce Team in driving multi-brand growth that will continue to push the business forward.

Desirable city centre location with flexible working hours, 25 days paid holiday plus bank holidays (also option to sell holidays). The opportunity to go on courses and get additional training in the ecommerce field. Massive staff discounts across all our brands, free membership to our on-site gym, health plan and staff perk package.

The role is to assist the eCommerce team and be a constant source of energy within the department. There are no silly questions or ideas here – no job is too much work or too daunting. You will be working collaboratively with the Head of Trade and the current ecommerce executives to implement a digital retail strategy that focuses on delivering long term growth while assisting with the day-to-day running of our brands.

Some KPIs that you will become aware of in future progression include maintaining an acceptable conversion rate, a seasonally appropriate average basket value and “best in class” user experience tailored to the creative direction of each brand individually. This role requires a “live wire” and an eager to learn personality type. It’s a fast-paced role in an exciting brand house, and we require motivated problem solvers to ensure we maintain our aggressive growth forecasts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Help trade our ecommerce sites.
  • Implement content updates, campaigns and promotional activity to support brand and sales goals.
  • Maintain accuracy of product data, pricing, and availability across the site.
  • Use data tools (GA4, Shopify Analytics etc) to make insight-led decisions.
  • Share brand and category performance reports with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partner with CRM to drive app engagement, loyalty, and lifecycle value.
  • Drive continuous improvement of the onsite journey — optimising product, navigation and storytelling.
  • Ensure the ecommerce experience reflects our individual brand tone and individual customer expectations.
Marketing & CRM:
  • Work closely to assist campaigns, promotions, and content across customer touchpoints.
Tech & Product:
  • Brief and test onsite improvements; ensure smooth site functionality and performance.

Experience:

  • One year experience in an ecommerce or trade related role is ideal, but not essential.
  • Hands-on expertise with Shopify Plus ideal, but not essential.
  • Experience working with CRM software e.g. Klaviyo, Hubspot, Salesforce etc is ideal, but not required.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Commercial mindset with experience delivering results across AOV, CVR, margin, bounce rate, and revenue.
