The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Garment Technologist to work across ladies fashion including denim, swimwear, knitwear, outerwear and lounge wear. You will be a great team player, highly dedicated with a passion for all things fashion and a good communicator.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring that garments are being produced to the required quality standard and that manufacturing is measured within tolerance.
  • Discussing new designs with the design department and Merchandisers and helping to decide on the best way to manufacture them.
  • Working out size specifications and planning how new garments will be made up by producing initial and graded size charts.
  • Monitoring the production of sample garments and initiating any changes to the designs to fit manufacturing requirements.
  • Fit meetings with customers.
  • Grading, Pattern review & Fitting, Lab reports, compliance and Shipment samples approval.

The Successful Candidate will have:

  • Experience of working in Garment Technology.
  • Enthusiasm and determination, with a passion for garment technology.
  • Team spirit and a positive attitude.
  • Confidence in communicating, in order to maintain a strong working relationship with all departments and suppliers.
  • Strong MS Office Excel skills.
  • Attention to detail.
