As Merchandiser (Concessions), you will take ownership of the merchandising strategy across our concession partners.

Working closely with Buying, Planning, Sales and Retail Partners, you will ensure the right products are in the right locations at the right time, maximising sales, availability and profitability.

This is a highly commercial role requiring strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder management and a proactive approach to stock optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day merchandising and trading of all concession accounts.
  • Manage Partner Fulfills programmes with ASOS, NEXT, BOOHOO and other platforms
  • Analyse sales performance, stock levels, sell-through and profitability to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Produce weekly trading reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Forecast demand and manage intake plans to support seasonal trading.
  • Ensure optimal stock allocation and replenishment across concession locations.
  • Manage and update Partner Portals with current and future Stocks
  • Manage stock transfers and markdown strategies to maximise full-price sales.
  • Work closely with Buying to influence future product selections based on trading performance.
  • Build strong relationships with concession partners to ensure commercial objectives are achieved.
  • Monitor KPIs including sales, stock turn, sell-through, margin and availability.
  • Support seasonal planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Logistics and Warehouse teams to ensure timely stock deliveries.
  • Support new concession launches and expansion opportunities.

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Previous merchandising experience within fashion, footwear or accessories.
  • Experience managing concession, wholesale or retail partner accounts.
  • Strong commercial awareness with excellent analytical skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience using merchandising or ERP systems.
  • Ability to interpret data and turn insights into commercial actions.
  • Strong planning, organisation and prioritisation skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
