Due to continued growth, we are looking for a bright, motivated and outgoing individual with energy, personality and a genuine enthusiasm for working with people.
You will need to be a quick learner, capable of developing a strong understanding of the business, its products, customers and supply chain.
You will be responsible for managing and developing established customer accounts, while also identifying and pursuing new business relationships and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities Build and develop relationships with key Healthcare, Teamwear and University and College customers Act as a principal point of contact for customers, dealing with queries and resolving issues promptly Develop relationships with prospective colleges and secure new partnerships Manage account renewals and ongoing customer aftercare Place, monitor and track customer orders through to delivery Coordinate UK and international deliveries and manage delivery schedules Liaise closely with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met Prepare quotations and estimates Take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution Skills ERP experience would be an advantage Previous experience in customer service, account management or a similar commercial role would be beneficial, but attitude, aptitude and potential are equally important to us.
