Company: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Import Merchandiser with proven experience in managing global supply chains, supplier relationships, and multi-million-pound retail accounts.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of import documentation and logistics, and a track record of driving efficiency, profitability, and operational excellence across international markets.

The
Role: Build and maintain long-term supplier partnerships across global markets.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to maximise margins while ensuring consistent product quality.
Oversee order accuracy and resolve supply chain issues proactively.
Lead regular critical path (CP) meetings to ensure timely production and delivery.
Manage all FOB shipping documentation (BL, CO, B255 etc.) and compliance.
Work closely with freight forwarders to coordinate shipments, track deliveries, and mitigate supply chain risks.
Take ownership of pricing from supplier negotiation through to wholesale, shipping, and delivery.
Partner with design, sales, garment tech, marketing, and finance teams to align sourcing and import activities with business goals.
