We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our fast-paced digital and affiliate teams. Reporting into our Paid Social & TikTok Affiliate Manager, this role is designed for a proactive professional, passionate about TikTok, creator culture, and fashion trends, with a proven eye for engaging content that drives commercial impact.
You’ll play a key role in supporting creator partnerships, managing product gifting and sample requests, coordinating TikTok affiliate communications, and helping organise engaging video and image content across multiple campaigns. You’ll work closely with the digital and brand teams to help identify growth opportunities, track performance trends, and keep our content pipeline running smoothly. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who thrives in a creative environment, enjoys multitasking, and stays ahead of emerging trends.
Key Responsibilities
TikTok Shop & Sample Management:
- Manage daily TikTok Shop sample requests for creators and affiliates.
- Maintain accurate records of products sent, creators contacted, and content delivered.
- Monitor posting schedules and follow up with creators regarding deadlines and content submissions.
- Organise creator-generated content for internal marketing use, paid advertising, and reposting across social channels.
- Identify high-performing creators, trending products, and GMV opportunities alongside the Paid Ads team.
- Track creator performance metrics on a daily basis.
Influencer & Creator Outreach:
- Research and identify TikTok creators that align with the brand’s aesthetic, audience, and campaign goals.
- Support outreach efforts via email, TikTok and Cruva.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with creators and talent agencies.
- Assist with onboarding creators, briefing campaign expectations, and managing ongoing communications.
- Keep outreach trackers and collaboration spreadsheets updated and organised.
Content Support:
- Help organise and manage video and image assets for campaigns and social channels.
- Support the marketing team with content planning, scheduling, and trend research.
- Stay up to date with current TikTok, Instagram, and fashion trends, viral sounds, formats, and creators.
- Identify trending content opportunities that can be adapted for the brand.
- Assist with sourcing user-generated content (UGC) and preparing content for paid and organic use.
- Support and creative testing by helping organise top-performing content variations.
Requirements:
- Graduate-1 years marketing experience looking to excel in a digital first role.
- A strong interest in social media, influencer marketing, TikTok Shop, and fashion trends
- Great analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-moving environment
- Strong written communication skills and confidence communicating with creators online.
- A proactive attitude with willingness to learn and contribute creative ideas.
- Ability to spot viral trends and understand what performs well on social platforms.
- Previous experience in influencer marketing, social media, e-commerce, or digital marketing is a bonus but not essential.
