The Company: Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Men’s Graphic Designer to join a busy design team. Our client is a highly respected, trend lead global supplier of private label and branded products, looking to strengthen their team with a creative Designer. You will ideally have 2 years + years of experience working in the Fashion industry and be ready for your next exciting career challenge.
The role will involve the following:
- Developing seasonal graphics across several in-house brands for printed t-shirts, fleece, woven shirts and Christmas character graphics.
- Working to customer briefs to present relevant graphics that satisfy their style and colour direction for both UK & global contract customers.
- Creating technical packs for sample development and fine tuning with colourway options for production (full training will be provided).
- Creating style profiles for ordered styles to be raised by our merchandise department.
- Liaising with our offices and suppliers abroad.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar men’s graphic design role.
- Strong creative design skills with a basic understanding of garment construction.
- Excellent Illustrator CAD skills. AI skills would be a bonus.
- Strong communication skills.
- Commercially aware with a good eye to adapt high street trends and colour.
- Exceptionally well organised with good attention to detail.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- CV with a current portfolio.
