We’re looking for a highly organised, data-driven and commercially minded Lead CRM & Email Coordinator to join a fast-paced, dynamic CRM team. This is a key role where you’ll take ownership of CRM campaign delivery, helping shape how the brand connects with its customers. You’ll drive engagement, acquisition and retention through targeted, insight-led campaigns across email, SMS and direct mail — creating meaningful touchpoints throughout the entire customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage and deliver multi-channel CRM campaigns, including BAU activity, lifecycle journeys and strategic initiatives
  • Coordinate campaign execution end-to-end, from briefing and timelines through to approvals and deployment
  • Analyse campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights to optimise future activity
  • Develop audience segmentation strategies to ensure campaigns are relevant, personalised and effective
  • Drive database growth across online and offline channels, while supporting retention and reducing churn
  • Ensure all communications follow best practice for deliverability, compliance and customer experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM activity with wider business objectives
  • Manage budgets, track spend and identify efficiencies to maximise ROI
  • Stay up to date with CRM trends, tools and emerging technologies

Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience in a CRM or email marketing role
  • Strong track record of planning, executing and optimising campaigns across email, SMS and direct mail
  • Commercially aware with a data-led, analytical mindset
  • Advanced Excel skills, including data manipulation and reporting
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Confident working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using ESP platforms such as Bloomreach (or similar)
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or equivalent tool
