The Company: A well established textiles company are looking to recruit a Business Support Analyst to provide operational, analytical, and administrative support to business teams. This role focuses on processes, supporting decision-making through data analysis, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across departments, participating with the sales team. The role will be multi-discipline including customer services function – supporting national and international contacts, involvement in commercial audits such as ISOs, preparation of material for tenders.
The Role:
- Provide administrative and operational support to business units and stakeholders
- Analyse business data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management
- Assist in project coordination, including tracking timelines and deliverables
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and databases
- Act as a point of contact for internal queries and support requests
- Identify and recommend process improvements and efficiencies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., finance, operations, IT)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
