Role Responsibilities

- Daily Output: Deliver 2-3 polished, high-performing email designs each day that balance exceptional visual quality with effective direct-response principles.
- Email-First Thinking: Design with the inbox in mind—understanding rendering limitations, mobile responsiveness, and dark mode nuances.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing managers to interpret briefs and hand off organized, ready-to-build design files.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure every design reflects the client's identity while introducing fresh, creative ideas.
Requirements
- Figma Expertise: Strong mastery of Auto Layout, component libraries, and system-based design workflows.
- Email Understanding: Knowledge of email rendering, responsive layouts, and dark mode considerations.
- Portfolio of Work: A portfolio demonstrating clean, conversion-driven email design for established eCommerce or DTC brands.
- Systemic Thinking: A proactive mindset that favors building reusable systems over repetitive tasks.
- Communication: Excellent written and spoken English, with clear design rationale and attention to detail.
