A dynamic and fast-growing FMCG company supplying both private label and branded products to leading global retailers. The Junior NPD/Project Co-ordinator is perfect for someone who is creative, organized, and eager to learn and grow in the beauty sector. Duties * Collaborate with the Graphics team to prioritize and deliver design and artwork projects. * Assist in developing cosmetic colour ranges, ensuring alignment with current trends. * Coordinate and organize cosmetic components and samples, proactively resolving any issues. * Review and test samples to meet all sensory and quality standards. * Support the NPD team with project briefs while ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory standards. * Coordinate the creation of new products in collaboration with UK and China-based teams. * Participate in design briefings with colleagues across NPD, Technical, Merchandising, and Graphics departments. * Liaise with Far East to resolve queries and maintain effective communication. * Prepare costings for products and support quotes, negotiating with suppliers to secure the best value. * Provide project management coverage as needed during team holidays.
