The Company: We are currently seeking a Warehouse Assistant to become part of one of the most established fashion suppliers. You would be working in an extremely fast-paced environment, and we require a versatile and dynamic candidate.
The Role:
- Order Picking: Accurately selecting items from picking bins using handheld scanners.
- Packing Orders: Placing selected items into boxes, ensuring they are secure and protected for transit.
- Labelling: Applying correct shipping labels and documentation to packages, ensuring compliance with shipping and customer requirements.
- Quality Control: Checking picked and packed items for damage, errors, or discrepancies before shipment.
- Warehouse Organisation: Maintaining a clean and orderly workspace, restocking shelves, and following safety protocols.
- Support stock management: Including inventory checks and stock rotation.
- Communication: Collaborating with supervisors, colleagues, and other departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth workflow.
