A Girlswear Graphic Designer is urgently required to join a fantastic supplier of garments to High Street Retailers. Ideally from a similar background you will have designed for girls aged between 0 - 14 and have daywear product experience.
Role
- Design graphics for seasonal ranges.
- Design prints and graphics that meet company standards.
- Work closely with other team members, from initial concept to final product.
- Liaise with customers to ensure samples meet high standards and requirements.
- Research current trends then produce trend boards.
- Produce designs by hand or CAD.
- Liaise with factories on design and artwork.
- Ensure tight deadlines are met.
- Keep up to date with fashion trends including colours and shapes.
Skills Required
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Experience working with apparel/licensed products.
- Excellent Photoshop/Illustrator skills.
- Strong graphic design skills.
- Ability to predict/translate trends.
- Ability to work within a fast paced environment.
