Fashion Customer Service Advisor

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a growing Fashion team based in Stoke.. This is an active role and an exciting opportunity for a motivated person to develop their career, with a quality focused company in a key position within the business. The Role: * Provide outstanding support to customers via phone and email. * Understanding customer’s needs and requirements and trying to exceed these wherever possible. * Providing a courteous, efficient and reliable service to all customers, both via messaging channels and phone * Handling pre and post sales customer queries * Liaising with courier companies * Effectively manage complaints and escalations from start to finish. * Processing orders via Sage * Processing returns/credits via Sage * Working with our Sales Team to ensure our customers are satisfied Skills Required: * Experience of Microsoft office * Friendly and dynamic individual, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills * A passion for customer satisfaction * Excellent communication skills at all levels * The ability to problem solve and follow processes accurately. * Experience working within a fast-paced working environment and keen to be part of and assist the team. *By submitting your CV, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions as stated on our website and consenting to us processing your personal details in relation to current/future job opportunities.
