The Role
As an Embroidery Operative, you will be responsible for producing high-quality embroidered garments using multi-head embroidery machines.
You will play a key role in ensuring all products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
- Operate multi-head embroidery machines efficiently and accurately.
- Check embroidery design specifications and prepare the correct garments, threads, and machine settings.
- Frame garments correctly and apply the appropriate backing materials.
- Monitor embroidery production to ensure consistent quality.
- Trim threads, remove backing materials, and complete the finishing and packing of embroidered garments.
- Carry out quality checks throughout the production process.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Work effectively as part of the production team to meet daily targets and customer deadlines.
