We're looking for a highly conceptual Senior Designer who can operate with Art Director-level thinking, leading creative development from insight and concept through to execution across integrated marketing campaigns. This role is less about designing individual assets and more about creating compelling campaign ideas, shaping visual worlds, directing creative output and helping bring concepts to life across multiple customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop campaign concepts and creative territories from strategic briefs
- Lead visual storytelling across brand, seasonal and campaign activity
- Provide art direction for photography and content shoots
- Create key visuals and campaign assets that can flex across channels
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, photographers and production teams
- Translate ideas into scalable creative systems and toolkits
- Maintain strong brand consistency across digital, social, CRM, retail, print and in-store environments
- Present ideas confidently to stakeholders and influence creative direction
- Balance big-picture creative thinking with hands-on design delivery when required
Ideal Background
- Experience within retail, FMCG, food, hospitality or consumer brands
