About you
You’re a highly-organised traffic manager from an integrated background. Responsible for production, resource scheduling and allocation, and oversight of all activity within a busy creative team, you’re highly skilled at managing campaigns from concept through to delivery.
You’re prepared to challenge and be challenged.
About the role
The successful candidate will manage the workload of permanent staff and freelancers and resolve all resourcing challenges across a large team.
The role demands a thorough understanding of creative and production processes and as well as the demands of our clients. You will ensure that appropriate resources are booked for all projects, planning and managing deployment, so that all work can be delivered on time and to a high standard.
You will need to be a great communicator and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Qualifications:
- Good working knowledge of project and programme related software
- Good financial modelling experience
- Able to take ownership of overall production workflow
- Effective Team Leadership skills
- Adept at building productive relationships
- Extensive knowledge of different digital production platforms,
- Experience of digital design and production.
- Experience of Sitecore CMS platform would be an advantage
- Experience of working with senior clients and third party stakeholders
Responsibilities:
- Leading production and project management across all digital media — display, social, CRM and web.
- Process and quality assurance procedure implementation across services and brands.
- Delivering brand consistency, cost efficiency and timely delivery across all output by acting as liaison between clients, external agencies and internal teams.
- Helping implement new client workstreams
