Position Summary
Reporting to the EMEA CEO, the Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for leading operational excellence, capability development and transformation across the EMEA region for Tag Worldwide, a leading provider of Creative Production and Channel Activation (Print Management & Sourcing) services.
The Chief Operating Officer plays a central role in shaping and evolving Tag’s proposition, operational capabilities and commercial delivery models to meet the needs of large multinational clients.
This includes ensuring that Tag continues to deliver highly efficient, scalable and high-quality marketing production and sourcing services across multiple markets.
A key responsibility of the role is to help accelerate Tag’s transformation into an AI-led Creative Production and Channel Activation business, leveraging automation, technology and artificial intelligence to enable highly efficient scaled production while improving the performance and effectiveness of clients’ content across media channels.
Working closely with the EMEA leadership team, the Chief Operating Officer will design and implement the operational models, production workflows, technology integrations and global delivery frameworks that underpin Tag’s service offering.
The COO will ensure that the organization continues to evolve its capabilities to support increasing demand for high-volume, multi-channel content production and retail activation.
In partnership with the EMEA Chief Financial Officer and EMEA Chief Client Officer, the Chief Operating Officer contributes to the development and execution of the broader EMEA strategy, ensuring that Tag’s operational infrastructure, technology capabilities and delivery models support sustainable growth and long-term competitiveness.
- Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in senior leadership roles within marketing production, creative operations, marketing supply chain, sourcing, or related operational environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in Creative Production operations, marketing content production, print sourcing, or large-scale marketing delivery environments.
- Proven experience developing operational models that support multinational client delivery.
- Strong experience driving business transformation and operational innovation, including the adoption of technology, automation and AI-driven production solutions.
- Experience building scalable global production and sourcing capabilities.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience contributing to regional P&L performance.
- Demonstrated success leading large operational teams and complex delivery organizations.
- Experience supporting major new business opportunities and designing operational solutions for complex client engagements.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate across senior leadership teams to drive strategic initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.

- Transformation and Capability Development
- Lead the evolution of Tag’s operational capabilities to support the company’s strategic growth ambitions.
