Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven individual to join our team.

This role involves building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and working with the client services team to provide solutions.

As an integral part of the team you will focus on driving revenue growth by selling our services and capabilities.

  • Job Responsibilities
  • Client acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
  • Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Consult with Client Services team to interpret the client specific solution or service offering.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline activity, and forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, creative, production and account management) to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction.
  • Market knowledge: Stay up to date on company’s products, services and market trends to provide clients with valuable insight and solutions.

Job Experience

  • Minimum of two years experience working on the business development of a business within the advertising and creative industry.
  • Strong understanding of the creative and advertising industry with a particular enthusiasm for film, photography and post-production and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse clients
  • Comfortable working independently on tasks as well as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and standard sales tools
