We're looking for an experienced Middleweight Art director to join our team, working for a premium global jewellery brand.

You'll lead the adaptation and execution of global campaigns across digital-first channels, including email, web and banners.

Working as an extension of our client's in-house creative team, you'll collaborate closely with stakeholders, copy leads, designers and channel teams to bring global campaigns to life across the customer journey.

This is a unique opportunity for a design‑led creative with a deep understanding of how to translate established brand campaigns into compelling, customer‑centric experiences across owned digital touchpoints.

You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring every interaction feels seamless, premium and unmistakably on‑brand.

With a focus on email and owned digital channels, you'll work closely with the Creative Director, client stakeholders and channel leads to bring campaign ideas to life across the customer journey.

Working from established campaign assets, brand guidelines, channel requirements and sometimes highly prescriptive briefs, you'll help create a consistent narrative across touchpoints, using your design eye and storytelling skills to elevate every execution while staying true to the brand.

We're looking for someone who combines exceptional creative craft with channel‑first thinking, strategic awareness and meticulous attention to detail.

You'll have a passion for luxury aesthetics, fashion and culture, a strong point of view on design, and the ability to transform campaign ideas into customer experiences that feel both emotionally engaging and commercially effective.

In addition to outstanding design skills, you'll have an appreciation for motion and storytelling, with experience creating or directing high‑quality GIFs, animations and short‑form video content that help bring campaign storytelling to life across digital channels.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to push the creative standard of email and owned digital channels, champion design excellence and help define what best‑in‑class customer experience looks like for one of the world's leading premium jewellery brands.

This role goes far beyond traditional customer communications.

You'll help tell the stories behind major collaborations, cultural moments and global product launches that bring together the worlds of jewellery, fashion, beauty and entertainment.

One day you could be helping launch a collection inspired by a beloved entertainment franchise; the next, crafting messaging for a collaboration co‑created with a renowned fashion stylist, influential creative or cultural institution.

It's a chance to work on campaigns that are culturally relevant, globally visible and genuinely exciting to be part of.

What You'll Do

Lead the creative adaptation and execution of global campaign assets across email and owned digital channels, ensuring every touchpoint is on-brand, visually compelling and aligned with channel requirements.

  • Work within established campaign toolkits, brand guidelines and channel requirements while identifying opportunities to elevate the creative.
  • Create connected customer journeys through compelling visual storytelling.
  • Present creative work to stakeholders and clearly articulate design rationale.

About You

  • 5+ years' experience in Art Direction, Design or Creative Leadership roles.
  • Experience creating email and digital communications for premium, luxury or fashion‑led brands.
  • Proven experience adapting global campaigns across multiple channels and markets.
  • Strong understanding of email's role within the wider customer journey.
  • Excellent visual communication skills, with a strong eye for typography, layout and composition.
  • Confident presenting creative work and building strong client relationships.
  • Highly organised, proactive and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Naturally curious about design, culture, fashion, luxury retail and emerging technologies.
  • Specialist expertise in email design and customer communications.
  • Extensive experience working with premium fashion, luxury, beauty, lifestyle or jewellery brands.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of email and digital communications within the customer journey.
  • Strong attention to detail, creative craft and design excellence.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Nice to Have
  • Experience within luxury jewellery or premium retail sectors.
  • Experience leading or mentoring creative teams.
  • Understanding of personalisation, automation and customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Hands‑on experience with AI‑powered creative tools.
  • Knowledge of ecommerce and data‑driven customer communications.
  • Experience creating or directing high‑quality GIFs, animations, short‑form video and motion content.
  • What Success Looks Like
  • Customer communications consistently deliver premium, on‑brand experiences.
  • Global campaigns are successfully adapted across email and digital touchpoints with creative consistency.
  • Creative quality sets a new benchmark for the client and wider business.
  • Customers experience seamless, engaging communications throughout their journey.
  • The team is recognised as a trusted creative partner, bringing fresh thinking and innovation.
  • Hybrid Working

We encourage collaboration by working a minimum of three days per week in the office, while offering employees the flexibility of working the remainder of the week from home.
