We are looking for a creatively driven and visually strong Junior Art Director to join the creative team, working in close partnership with a Copywriter across a wide range of integrated campaigns. This role is ideal for a designer/art director at the early stages of their career who is passionate about ideas, visual storytelling, and culture. You will support the development of original, engaging concepts and help bring them to life across multiple channels, with a particular focus on social-first creative. You will work closely with senior creatives and the wider team to develop your craft, contributing to work that is culturally relevant, visually compelling, and creatively ambitious.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with a Copywriter partner to develop creative ideas and campaign concepts
- Support the development of integrated creative work across digital, social, and brand campaigns
- Contribute to ideation sessions, bringing strong visual thinking and references
- Develop visual concepts across formats including social, digital, film, and campaign assets
- Create platform-native content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and emerging channels
- Assist in defining the look, feel, and visual language of campaigns
- Stay connected to visual trends, culture, and platform behaviours to inform creative output
- Collaborate with designers, strategists, and production teams to bring ideas to life
- Take feedback on board and refine work to improve quality and execution
- Maintain high standards of craft, layout, and attention to detail
- 1–3 years’ experience in an art direction, design, or related creative role
- A strong portfolio demonstrating visual thinking and creative ideas
- Experience creating content for social platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Good understanding of design, layout, typography, and visual storytelling
- Interest in conceptual thinking and idea generation
- Ability to work in a creative partnership (Art Director + Copywriter)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Basic understanding of motion, video, or editing tools is a plus
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Curious, creative, and visually driven
