The predicted salary is between 20000 - 30000 € per year.

This role begins in early September and is a 40 week contract. The HR Intern provides support to Tag HR EMEA. You will be responsible for managing a variety of HR tasks as well as projects and initiatives. You will be the point of contact for both internal and external clients and you will be responsible for responding to a variety of their queries. In addition to working with the EMEA HR team, you will also liaise with HR Operations, HRIS team, HR Support and you will also have a full understanding of Jira and Workday platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Undertaking a variety of day to day administrative tasks and HR related queries, ensuring compliance with company policies and internal processes and rules such as managing new starter inductions, probations, changes in terms and conditions of employment.
  • Liaise directly with Talent Acquisition and HR Support EMEA to ensure that Workday is up to date and includes the necessary documents and data for new starters. This includes but is not limited to, Passport/Right to Work Documents/Contracts/Personal Data.
  • Work with the HR Business Partners to ensure that the HR tracker is kept up to date with probations, maternity, paternity and general employee relations casework.
  • Working with the wider HR team to coordinate regular induction events for new joiners.
  • Working with our HR Project consultant on data and analytics on HR projects.
  • Ensuring that all data is correctly captured in our HR System (Workday) including starters and leavers, freelancers, notice periods, probation periods.
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate HR data and running reports from Workday to support the HRBPs and ensuring any data inaccuracies are flagged.
  • Manage the return of annual appraisals from Line Managers and saving of appraisals on employee Workday record.
  • Responsible for management of the HR EMEA JIRA inbox and responding to or assigning enquiries in a timely manner and escalating to HR Business Partners in a timely manner where necessary.
  • Advise on informal Employee Relations issues as per Company Policies and Procedures and support in formal hearings as notetaker.
  • Coordinating exit interviews and collating data to feedback to the wider HR team, including Employee Engagement data via Survey Monkey.
  • Coordinate training events ensuring this is done in a timely manner.
  • Working on other ad hoc HR projects and initiatives – such as Diversity and Inclusion events, Health and Wellbeing.
