This role is for a designer who combines strong visual craft with creative thinking — someone who can both generate ideas and execute them to a high standard across multiple channels. You will play a key role in bringing concepts to life, contributing to the overall creative output with a focus on quality, consistency, and innovation.

You will collaborate closely with Copywriters, Art Directors, and the wider creative team, working across everything from social and digital content to broader campaign work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop high-quality design and visual outputs across a range of channels including social, digital, print, and campaign work
  • Contribute to creative ideation, bringing strong visual thinking and references into concept development
  • Translate ideas into compelling, well-crafted design solutions
  • Work across multiple formats, ensuring designs are fit-for-platform and audience-appropriate
  • Collaborate closely with Copywriters, Art Directors, and other creatives to deliver integrated work
  • Maintain strong attention to layout, typography, composition, and visual detail
  • Adapt and evolve creative across different formats and touchpoints
  • Stay up to date with design trends, visual culture, and platform behaviours
  • Take ownership of projects where appropriate, working both independently and collaboratively
  • Respond to feedback and refine work to achieve the highest possible standard
Experience & Skills
  • 4–7+ years’ experience in a design role within an agency or brand environment
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual design and creative thinking
  • Experience working across integrated campaigns and multiple channels
  • Solid understanding of design fundamentals including typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
  • Experience designing for social and digital platforms, with an understanding of formats and best practices
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Basic understanding of motion or editing tools is a plus, but not essential
  • Ability to contribute to concept development, not just execution
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
Personal Attributes
  • Visually driven with a strong eye for design and detail
  • Creative thinker with the ability to contribute ideas
  • Collaborative and comfortable working across teams
  • Proactive and able to work with a level of autonomy
  • Curious and engaged with design, culture, and trends
  • Committed to producing high-quality, impactful work

This is an opportunity to play a key role within a collaborative creative team, contributing to a wide range of projects and campaigns. You will help shape visually compelling work across multiple channels while continuing to develop your craft and creative thinking.
